Innovative Leadership Academy was founded by Toni Fisher in June 2024 in response to the need for more innovative, affirming, and community-rooted educational opportunities for students and families. Under her leadership, ILA is building a strong foundation for transformative learning through hands-on programming, leadership development, and a long-term vision for a future charter school. The leadership team is committed to advancing ILA’s mission with purpose, excellence, and deep connection to the communities it serves.
