Innovative Leadership Academy (ILA) exists to close persistent achievement and opportunity gaps by providing a rigorous, affirming, and future-focused education for neurodivergent and historically underserved students in Houston. Innovative Leadership Academy envisions a future where all students—especially those who think and learn differently—are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and real-world skills to thrive in school and beyond. We believe that every learner deserves an environment that challenges them academically, supports their individual needs, and celebrates their unique strengths.
