A Signature Leadership Experience for Emerging Student Leaders

The Youth Leadership Academy (YLA)is a flagship student development program designed to help young leaders build the mindset, skills, and habits needed to thrive academically, socially, and professionally.

This cohort provides students with a supportive environment where they can grow in leadership, explore their interests, strengthen their voice, and prepare for future opportunities. Through engaging sessions, mentorship, leadership challenges, and real-world learning experiences, students will be equipped to lead with confidence and purpose.

Who the Program Is For

The Youth Leadership Cohort is designed for students who are ready to grow as leaders, build new skills, and make a positive impact.
