What Are Leadership Pathways?

Leadership Pathways are the structures, experiences, and opportunities that help students grow as leaders over time.

Through Leadership Pathways, students learn how to:

  • communicate clearly

  • collaborate with others

  • solve problems

  • make decisions

  • take initiative

  • reflect on their growth

  • lead with responsibility and integrity

These experiences are woven throughout the student journey so that leadership becomes part of how students learn, contribute, and see themselves.
