Our proposed charter school is the long-term vision and anchor of our work. Innovative Leadership Academy is designed to reimagine what school can be through Innovation Labs, leadership development, arts and technology integration, and personalized learning experiences that prepare students for high school, college, career, and life.

The school model is being developed to serve students through a rigorous, joyful, and future-ready approach that centers student voice, creativity, and real-world application.

Expanded Learning Academy

The Expanded Learning Academy provides high-quality learning experiences beyond the traditional school day and school year. This work is designed to accelerate academic growth, expand enrichment opportunities, and provide students with access to engaging, hands-on learning in safe and supportive environments.

Our expanded learning model helps bridge opportunity gaps while giving families flexible, community-based options for student support and development.

Summer Programs

Our summer programs are designed to prevent learning loss while giving students opportunities to explore, create, and lead. Through academic support, innovation-based enrichment, arts integration, and leadership experiences, students continue growing during the summer in ways that are both meaningful and exciting.

Summer programming serves as both an intervention and an opportunity—helping students strengthen core skills while experiencing learning that feels inspiring and relevant.

After-School Programs

Our after-school programs provide students with structured, engaging experiences that extend learning beyond dismissal. These programs may include homework support, literacy and math enrichment, leadership development, STEM, arts, social-emotional learning, and project-based experiences.

We believe after-school time should be more than supervision—it should be a powerful space for growth, discovery, and community connection.

Summer Scholarship Institute

The Summer Scholarship Institute awards scholarships to students seeking a unique, high-quality summer learning experience. Through an application process, selected students receive scholarship support to participate in engaging summer programs that combine academic enrichment, leadership development, creativity, and hands-on learning.

The Institute is designed to ensure that more students can access transformative summer opportunities regardless of financial circumstances, while recognizing potential, encouraging growth, and investing in future leaders.

Family Workshops

Families are essential partners in student success. Our family workshops are designed to equip parents and caregivers with tools, resources, and strategies to better support their children academically, socially, and emotionally.

Topics may include literacy support at home, school advocacy, student leadership, special education awareness, executive functioning, behavior support, and college and career readiness. These workshops help strengthen the home-school-community connection.

Youth Leadership Academy

The Youth Leadership Academy is designed to develop students into confident leaders who can think critically, serve their communities, and use their voice to create change. Through leadership sessions, mentorship, project-based learning, guest speakers, and real-world experiences, students build the skills needed to lead with purpose.

This program helps young people see themselves not just as students, but as future leaders, innovators, and change-makers.
